We want every order to reach you properly, so here is exactly how we handle digital-access purchases.
Toni Resells products are digital access resources, not physical goods. Because access is issued immediately after a successful payment, purchases generally cannot be returned or refunded once the access has been delivered or opened.
First, check the inbox and spam folder for the email address used at checkout. If access is missing, expired, or not working, email hello@toniresell.com with your order email and order number if you have it. We will verify the order and help restore a working delivery method.
If we made a delivery error, charged you twice for the same order, or cannot provide the digital access you purchased, contact us so we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy. This policy does not limit any remedy that applies under applicable law.
This policy only covers purchases made directly from Toni Resells. Any purchase you make after visiting a third-party vendor website is governed by that seller’s own terms, shipping, returns, and customer-service policies.
